What size should I choose?

Do your models wear the same size I would?
Each product page includes our models’ height and size. We shoot with real golfers, friends, and family, so you get a realistic view of fit on real bodies.
How do I measure myself?

What if I’m between sizes?
If you prefer a relaxed fit, size up. If you like a firm, supportive fit, size down.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Timing is everything. We dispatch from our Melbourne office within 12 business hours and ship via Australia Post.
• Standard: 3–5 business days
• Express: 1–3 business days
Please note delays may occur during peak periods.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to New Zealand.
My parcel says delivered, but I don’t have it. What now?
Email hi@clubdayze.com with your order number and we’ll follow up with Australia Post on your behalf.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your returns policy?
• Returns accepted within 30 days
• Customer covers return postage
• No restocking fees

How do I return or exchange my item?
Email hi@clubdayze.com with your order ID and return reason to get started.
Can I reuse the packaging to return my item?
Yes — and we love you for it.
Every Hero Packaging mailer has a dotted line and a second adhesive strip, so you can reuse the same bag for your return.
How to reuse it:

Cut along the dotted line on the mailer.

Place your item back inside.

Seal using the second adhesive strip.

Send it back using your chosen return method, placing the new label over the old one.
Simple, circular, and no extra waste.
Do you offer free returns?
Not at this time. Return postage is covered by you, and we do not charge restocking fees.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of being received.
PRODUCT CARE
How do I wash my Clubdayze pieces?
Cold wash. No bleach. No tumble dry. No ironing.
Are the fabrics durable for sport?
Absolutely — our fabrics are designed for movement, breathability and longevity.
SUSTAINABILITY
What packaging do you use?
All orders ship in Hero Packaging home-compostable mailers. They are durable, waterproof and break down naturally.
Your garment also comes in its own compostable product bag, so both layers of packaging can be disposed of sustainably.
How do I compost my packaging?
Remove any labels, cut the packaging into smaller pieces, and place it in your home compost as “brown” materials. It will break down within 90–120 days, often sooner.
PAYMENT & ORDERS
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
I accidentally ordered twice — what should I do?
Email hi@clubdayze.com and we will arrange a voucher or exchange.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Shopify Payments, accepting Mastercard and Visa.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — they make an excellent gift for the golfer in your life.
Where else can I buy Clubdayze?
We are online and appear at select pop-up events at clubhouses. If you’d like to see us stocked locally, let your pro shop know.
