This Shipping Policy forms part of our Website Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with our Returns and Refunds Policy. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. Errors may result in delays and additional redelivery charges.


Shipping Options and Rates

Clubdayze currently ships orders both within Australia and internationally. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Australia – Standard Shipping

  • Provider: Australia Post

  • Cost: $9.95 AUD (Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD)

  • Delivery Estimate: 3–8 business days from dispatch

Australia – Express Shipping

  • Provider: Australia Post Express

  • Cost: $14.95 AUD

  • Delivery Estimate: 1–3 business days from dispatch (metro areas)

International – Standard Shipping

  • Provider: Australia Post International

  • Cost: $20.00 AUD

  • Delivery Estimate: 6–27 business days from dispatch

  • Destinations: Selected international destinations. Customers are encouraged to contact us at hi@clubdayze.com to confirm if we ship to their location.


Signature on Delivery

All orders are shipped with signature on delivery unless the customer has selected "Authority to Leave" at checkout. If authority to leave is granted, Clubdayze assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation has been provided by the carrier.


Processing and Tracking

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number and link will be sent to the customer. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update from the time of dispatch.


Address Errors and Redelivery

Where an address is provided incorrectly or is incomplete, and the parcel is returned to Clubdayze, redelivery charges will apply:

  • $9.95 AUD for Standard Shipping

  • $14.95 AUD for Express Shipping

When providing a business address, it is essential to include the company name and level or suite number where applicable. Failure to provide sufficient detail may result in failed delivery.


International Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Clubdayze has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customers are advised to contact their local customs authority for further information prior to ordering.


Lost or Damaged Deliveries

Clubdayze takes care in packing and dispatching goods. However, we are not liable for loss or damage once a parcel has been handed to the shipping provider. If your item has not arrived or is damaged in transit, please contact us at hi@clubdayze.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and offer a resolution in accordance with our [Returns and Refunds Policy].


Delivery Disclaimer

Once a parcel is delivered to the address provided by the customer, Clubdayze is not liable for any subsequent loss, theft or damage. If the delivery location is unattended or potentially insecure, customers are advised to nominate a business address or secure location.
