Returns and Refunds Policy

Clubdayze strives to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be occasions when items need to be returned for a store credit or refund (depending on the circumstances), so we have established the following policy to ensure this process is as clear and straightforward as possible.
This Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Website Terms and Conditions.
Please note: this policy does not affect your statutory rights to return products that are incorrect, damaged or faulty/not fit for purpose.
When Can I Initiate a Return?
We ask that you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to initiate a return. Please contact us via email at hi@clubdayze.com and include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant information.
I Received the Wrong Order
If you receive an item that you did not order, or if the contents of your order are incorrect, we apologise for the inconvenience and are committed to resolving the issue promptly. We will ask you to return the incorrect product and let us know whether you would prefer:
My Order Was Damaged in Transit
Despite our best efforts and those of our shipping partners, damages may occasionally occur in transit. If your product arrives damaged, we will ask you to provide photographs of the package and product (including an image of the damaged packaging prior to opening), and advise us whether you would prefer:
My Order Has a Manufacturing Fault
If a product is found to be faulty or not working as intended upon receipt, we will arrange a return and provide you with one of the following options:
Change of Mind Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept returns for non-sale items if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Upon receipt and successful inspection of the item, a refund will be issued for full-priced items. Please note that sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds but may be returned for a store credit.
Return postage costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please see “How to Return Products” below for further details.
Can I Return a Sale Item?
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for refunds, unless they are damaged, faulty or incorrect. However, they may be returned for a store credit, provided they meet the conditions of our returns process.
Can I Return an Incorrect Purchase?
If you ordered the wrong item, we are unable to provide a refund, but you may return the product for a store credit, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
What Items Are Non-Returnable?

What Happens After I Report a Damaged or Faulty Product?

Do You Undertake a Quality Check?
Yes. Upon receipt of a returned item, we will perform a quality check to ensure it meets the description and conditions outlined in the return request. If the product is found to be in satisfactory condition and aligns with the claim (e.g. damaged or faulty), we will proceed with the agreed resolution.
How to Return Products
To return an incorrect, faulty, or change-of-mind product, please follow these steps:

Include your original receipt or proof of purchase and complete any return authorisation forms if provided.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and return via your chosen postal service. We recommend using a tracked or registered post.
Processing Times for Returns
Once your returned item is received and passes quality inspection, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and store credits will be issued via email in the form of a non-expiring credit code.
Should I Return by Registered Post?
We strongly recommend returning products via registered or tracked post. Clubdayze will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit if an untracked method is used.
Will a Restocking Fee Apply?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Will You Refund My Return Postage?
We will not refund postage costs for returned items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. damaged, faulty or incorrect item). If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect selection, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to returns and refunds will be addressed in accordance with our Website Terms and Conditions. Where disputes remain unresolved, the parties may seek resolution through mediation, arbitration, or small claims court where applicable.

We reserve the right to update this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and the revised policy will take effect from the date specified.
